Very disappointing!! I booked this room through Marriott on purpose because I thought they would take care of their loyal customers. Not true at all. Our room was not ready even though the reservation was booked 2 months in advance. We had to ask for towels 3 times. I paid extra for a Falls view and high floor and We were on the 6th floor. The website said 10 and higher. They fought with me and were super unhelpful. Then if you want to book excursions DON T and I repeat don t do it through them. They are trying to sell you other things other than seeing the falls. Not worth the money and we heard so many people s complaints about the long long lines and how horrible it was. We left really early the next morning because we had such a horrible experience. They refunded our parking fee, which was nice but I won t go back here again. I gave them 3 stars because it was clean and nice once you get soap and towels after asking so many times and after 10pm. The breakfast buffet was good as well and it is walking distance to the falls. It also over looks horseshoe falls, some people book overlooking the wrong falls. They also have fireworks every night over the falls at 10 or 10:30.
