We have been to a few trade shows here, great location with wonderful views.
The ICC itself is amazing, with good coffee shops, and lots of spots for meeting and eating. Darling harbour is great - good cafes and restaurants close to Sydney city (1km walk). There is a food hall in the shopping complex right next door, and lots of good accommodation available - we stayed at Novatel, but lots of other good options. Lots of touristy shops too...fun area, worth a visit.
