Went early one morning for a popular bulb fitment to find the shelf empty. Enquired at customer services point as to whether there were any in stock only to be told they wouldn't know as the computers were down.
No attempt was made to look the old fashioned way by grabbing a set of steps and checking the overstock in the higher covered shelving.

Very disappointed. Unaware that I needed 256 bulbs for a new 8.6M build as an initial purchase. Haven't visited since as consciously avoiding.
