I've had quite a few issues renting through this company. After reading various other reviews around the web and experiencing issues similar to other tenants, I've realised that Housesmart may be fantastic for home owners/lessors, however the support for occupiers of these properties is lacking. They do not appoint specific property managers to properties, and thus encounter communication issues within the office. The copy/pasting job done on the PCR's was quite concerning so I'd advise any future tenants to BE THOROUGH... I will admit that through all the drama's we've encountered, Nicole has been quite helpful and has been able to resolve most of the issues.

I intend to move on at the end of my lease, I haven't encountered these sorts of issues renting through other agents in the area or otherwise.
