Variable quality of exhibitions but the experience...

Variable quality of exhibitions but the experience as a whole is a good one - the building is an interesting historical one and the facilities are excellent. Struggles a bit to attract high quality artists and some of the works are just weird. Lovely cafe in the complex. Often free to visit so worth dropping in if you re nearby.
