So I haven t owned a bike in over 10 years & during crazy times like these, buying a bicycle was the last thing I would ve imagined doing. Rachel made this entire experience so easy & I am so excited to be receiving my fully equipped bike! She sent me pictures & made me feel so comfortable during the entire purchase. I almost felt like I was in the physical store. If you need a bike, this is the place to go/call!! Can t wait to receive it :)
