Horrible experience!!

Horrible experience!!
I had heard wonderful things about this restuarant about a year ago, and finally had an opportunity to give it a try tonight for my mother's 74th birthday and my parent's 54th wedding anniversary.
Well ...here is a list of the ridiculousness we experienced ...
1) 25 minutes and 4 requests to get a glass of water.
2) 40 minutes and a request to speak with the manager (who NEVER came to see us) before our order was taken.

....Oh my goodness! So much went wrong that I don't want to waste time detailing everything! Suffice it to say, service was horrible and food was even worse!!! The only redeeming factor is the beautiful landscaping around the outside bar. Perhaps, and ONLY PERHAPS, it would be worth going for a beverage from a bottle outside by the fountain/waterfall.
