I wanted to share my experience at my new neighbor...

I wanted to share my experience at my new neighborhood dealer. This place sucks. I took the time to visit the dealer have my truck appraised for a trade in and tour the lot in 100+ degrees with a sale rep Mario Coronado who really didnt know the models of trucks or what was available. After asking about the chrysler rebates i get emails about everyday he really had no valuable information for me. Just keep talking about MSRP. No big deal i understood i had some questions he needed to research like "how much does a truck cost?" . At that point he introduced me to the manager Juan Salazar who said they would do their research on what rebate they could use and get back to me. Thought it was odd they couldn't answer a simple question like what trucks are available for rebates. Never heard from these guys so i called them back left a message for Mario no call back. Called back again frustrated im looking to spend $50K and these guys are blowing me off because im aware there are incentives they dont want to share for whatever reason. I get Juan on the phone tell him whats going on and says he is going to call me back so he can get some pricing. Never hear back... if this is how they treat potential customers imagine after you buy a truck. They clearly didnt take me serious and now im closing on a truck from a more reputable dealer. Be careful with these guys ..... 1 visit 3 calls several hours 0 information.
