Several mix-ups, brought wrong stone, wants to penalize me for a mistake that wasn't mine, really neither one of us, but I should not have to pay. Labor a 8 on 1 to 10 scale, communication not the best, wife chose plants that will need maintaining yearly, not for me at my age.
Now much communication is needed to get what you pay for.
