Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I've waited months on a set of papers on a foal. When I call....waiting hours and days for a return call??? Hear different things from different people say that certificate is mailed -don t get it in mail??? What in the world can a member do ??? I m at my wits end. Drive from Ky to tx??? Help! Member services ridiculous!!!!!
