We stayed in this resort during Dusshera. So it's fully booked. Below is my opinion of this resort in following areas.

Room: Spacious room with balcony. Bathroom is clean and tidy. Toiletries provided are of good quality.
Newspaper is provided to the room. Safety locker and ironing board is available.

Ambience: Neat and clean. Well maintained

Staff: Resort people treated us with care.

Restaurant in resort: Had dinner buffet. Good number of varieties. Taste was also good. Breakfast buffet was of good quality and quantity.

Activities: Swimming pool was clean. Game room has free indoor games. Only few of which can be used free of cost. Cycle can be rented at a particular rate.

Guests should be allowed to use all facilities at no additional cost. Resort management needs to look into this.

Overall good experience but can be improved in few areas.
