I've taken my car to many different Toyota dealerships over the past 5 years and never committed to one in particular. However, after working with Claudia at cerritos toyota I might just become a regular. She was very attentive and had great customer service skills. She made me feel welcomed and like she truly cared about my cars needs. I will be going back to see Claudia.
