Made an appointment 1 week in advance for 10 am. They didn't finish with my car until 5 pm and they didn't even fix the issue. Then they can't get the shuttle to come pick me up leaving me stranded. The jerk on the phone started talking to me like I'm a child telling me that the shuttle is a courtesy. Well thanks for the heads up that I could be stranded with no ride. Hopefully Uber picks up in my area.
