The Ferguson Apts are horrible. Don't apply. They inspect your room monthly if not more for Hud& pest inspections while completely invading your privacy. No permission required for staff they just meander on in(no other apartment does it this frequently).
No oven-try cooking a turkey in your toaster oven. It doesn't workout well. tiny fridge, small rooms, peeling wallpaper in hallways. It's embarrassing to have a guest see!
The tenants are more embarrassing than anything else. If your morally incompetent neighbor disapproves of you in some way get ready to have your wall turned into their personal drum or hours of yelling.
