I only visited the permanent exhibition which I greatly appreciated. Photographs are allowed (without flash). The modern section also features Pop Art, Lichtenstein and other Americans. There are interesting ideas, one above all the Braque next to Picasso right near the entrance that brings to mind Picasso's saying that the mediocre artist copies, the genius steals (Picasso must have been a very great genius). I have read negative comments about bad organization and staff in this gallery, but as far as I am concerned I have not had any problems. Speaking of the ticket price, I only visited the permanent exhibition in the free time, everything is fine here too. Organizational problems should not be surprising: after all, we are in Spain, not Canada.
