The new Management is not good for Simon beacuse t...

The new Management is not good for Simon beacuse they playing politics. One day this management will ruin the company. If you are from L&T then you 90% safe and if you are coming from other organizations then you 10% safe. They are laying off permanent employee instead of contract person because contract employees are from L&T.
