Visited here a number of times now and I have been disappointed everytime. We booked in for Christmas dinner last year and was issued with a time slot to arrive. We arrived on time and had to wait 3 hours to be seated. The last time we visited we ordered drinks whilst we looked at the menu. We ordered our food and waited for it to arrive. After 45 minutes I asked the waitress who informed us she had forgot to put it through the system so the kitchen didn't get it. I told her to forget it and we'll go somewhere else. Her response was "I'll get you your bill for the drinks". Won't be visiting again.
