NOOOO STARS ACTUALLY...worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. I bought a vehicle back in February (2/25/2020). Found the car on Cars.com showing interest. I had someone from the dealership contact me. The buying process was okay. I kept asking for the CarFax report...still have not seen that (it's 5/26/2020). I met my seller in Twin Falls, ID to sign paperwork and give my seller my trade-in. I was expecting my paperwork within a week (this was PRE-COVID 19) I have still not received my paperwork. I have spoke with and emailed at least 7 people at the dealer...including two customer service reps, multiple sales personal, and I have left my number for the finance manager Grant to call me back four times. I am still waiting on a call. It has been 3 months I still DO NOT have paperwork and absolutely nobody at the dealership even remotely trying to help. Just so you know. I don't write reviews and I definitely don't complain about anything, but this has gone to far. Something so simple that they cannot handle. I am beginning to wonder if this dealership is covering other random things up. Call me Jerry Seiner.
