This is not a good hotel to stay at. It s cheap, in every way. The location isn t even worth it because there s a Sheraton, Hampton Inn, Hilton, and a variety of other good hotels with competitive prices in Time Square. The AC doesn t work in half the building yet they still book those rooms out. The rooms are outdated and in desperate need of an upgrade (only the 18th floor and lobby have been remodeled), the bathrooms are old and tiny, the carpets are dirty, and the beds are worn out. The staff is easily confused when you try to change rooms to get one with air conditioning and it s an absolute mess. I highly recommend you spend your money on something with quality.
