Where to begin... Let me start by saying that anyone can buy a car from any dealership and most likely pay about the same price. What separates dealerships is their service and reputation. It is for these reasons that I think people looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep should only go to Courtesy. From their management, sales team, and service department, it is evident that they are all highly dedicated to the satisfaction of their customers. Now, I'll give you the broad strokes of why I'm writing this review.

I had an issue with the car I received for a lease 3 weeks ago. While I could place blame on the dealership, it was my personal responsibility to make sure that I knew what I was getting into before we signed any paperwork. Having said that, I blame myself and the dealership equally for missing a critical safety feature I wanted in the car. In my mind, not having this feature was a non-starter and something I couldn't live with. I also didn't notice that I was missing this feature until several days after the lease was initiated. I spoke with the manager Joel who patiently listened to my concerns, addressed my needs, and ultimately made things right. While I won't go into details of the situation or the solution, I will say that Courtesy went WELL ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations to make it right and should be any consumers first choice dealership for a Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep in the Grand Rapids area.

Our new Chrysler Pacifica Limited S is everything I wanted and needed. I'm confident that anyone who goes to Courtesy will be treated fairly and with the utmost respect. I feel safe transporting my two kids and pregnant wife in this car and that wouldn't have been possible without the help of the people at Courtesy Dodge. Highly recommend.
