My realtor was Richard Clemens. As a first time home buyer I was skeptical at first about some of the things he was saying about the crazy market around here, but I quickly learned everything he was telling me was true. Richard did a great job working around my schedule and getting me into properties quickly as they came onto the market. He was patient and explained everything to me and helped me through all the processes and paperwork. I was also on a short time frame and he was very accommodating to that too. Together we got me into a better place than I expected right in the nick of time and I couldn't be happier!
