Do not use this bank for business purposes - they do not know what they are doing nor do they care for their customers. I have never had issues when they were First National. I make daily deposits & in the last two weeks at different branches, I have had two seperate deposits where the checks were not on my deposit slip. When you call to get straightened out, you have to spend much time on the phone to get to a live person. You explain the situation, they put you on hold and then transfer you to another person where you have to start all over. VERY frustrating. The 2nd time it happened, I called and spoke to the manager - Lacy - of the branch tellers, as I'm explaining my situation, they lost power and the phone cut out. She calls me back and just leaves a message saying to call her back. WHAT??? I wanted her to straighten out and get me the corrected deposit slip. I wasn't calling back - she should have called me back. After a couple of days, I tried to call her to get my corrected deposit slip. She wasn't available, and I asked her for her boss. I got a guy named Mark who basically laughed at my frustration in having this happen and having to deal with their awful phone system. He then had his assistant Heather call me back to get the information to straighten this out. Again, a LOT of time on the phone to get something that should have been done correctly to begin with. Heather was very apologetic and said she would mail out immediately. Almost two weeks later, I still didn't have. I had to call HER to receive the corrected deposit slip. She should have followed up to see if I had received if they cared about their customers or someone being so frustrated with THEIR errors. As soon as I am able I will close this account and bank elsewhere. TBK has wrecked First National and it's very evident by their mistakes and lack of caring about correcting them. How do tellers handle deposits and not make the full deposit? What a joke!!!! Bank elsewhere - you'll be glad you did.
