If you have a child with autism and are considering PreferredOne, please pick any other insurance. I pay an enormous amount to have this insurance (through my job) and they push back on nearly EVERYTHING. We got a $7,000 bill in the mail for my daughters ABA classes that they decided to stop paying, out of the blue, without telling us. I called to ask why this was changed without our knowledge and they said they would call me back. Never heard a word.
This is (by far) the worst insurance I have ever had. Pure garbage.
