I absolutely love Stasu Yoga! The classes are always uplifting and energizing, and the instructors are top-notch. The variety of yoga styles offered keeps things interesting, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. The studio space is beautiful, with lots of natural light and a calming ambiance.
