I had purchased a used vehicle for the first time ...

I had purchased a used vehicle for the first time in my life, privately. Unfortunately I was misled in my purchase and taken advantage of, and needed to get rid of the vehicle as it had a host of mechanical issues. I work in the automotive industry for a sister company to this dealership, and I ve always found that service and experience and process go out the window when a dealer knows I m in the business. Well that definitely was not the case here. I reached out to Troy Sorge who responded immediately to me, and put me in touch with the best sales person I have ever dealt with, Shawn MacDougall. Shawn was extremely comfortable, courteous, professional and made me feel at ease. He presented me options, and gave me the night to think about it, zero pressure. I was able to text him directly to get additional questions answered. The next day he met me there, again with a smile on his face, and got everything coordinated so I could get financing, insurance and the vehicle rolling that same day. Although a slight issue in getting the vehicle prepared, Shawn made it right and was on top of it. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the options in the vehicle before I left and encouraged me to contact him with any issues whatsoever. Troy also helped out and was super friendly to deal with. Jason in finance was great as well and had my financing and paperwork complete in a matter of minutes.
