5 stars perfect hotel!! An amazing hotel, truly a wonderful experience. I have come here with my family multiple times a year and will do so many many times more!

The hotel staff are familiar with many languages thus you can expect help no matter what you speak. The hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. If there is a problem do not hesitate to dial 0. The staff will already know your name and be able to help you in a very fast way. I always see everyone working in the hotel smile. No matter what job they do they treat every guest like royalty.

The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic. They have an amazing breakfast! As a platinum member we were able to enjoy the delicious breakfast free!!!

The hotel has made our stay truly magical every time! As platinum status gets you great upgrades I have stayed in so many different suites and different occasions!!! The views are amazing and the climate control in each room is just perfect! The turn down service staff are always soooo friendly. When you return to the room it will look amazing!!

This hotel will always be favorite hotel as it is a legendary part of New York. It's so famous and seen in so many shows and movies. One of the shows I watch called nurse Jackie has scene at the st regis and other movies I have seen as well!!

Only problem I had with the hotel was the Bentley being gone for almost a year. The Bentley is a signature part!!
I will edit this review and remove the part about the Bentley as soon as it returns!
