They said my surgery would be covered. What they didn't say is my coverage expires 3 days before my surgery after I had been asking for months for a card. They never sent me one now I'm stuck paying a 15 thousand dollar bill by myself. Thanks for leaving me with a bill I'll have to pay for years to come.
