Loren just left our house after fixing our air conditioning. What a pleasure! He was friendly and in a great mood when he called to say he was coming and throughout his visit. He was thorough in making an assessment and gave us plenty of options to choose from in terms of level of repair. He explained the issue just enough so we could understand it but didn't have to become experts in air conditioning. He was definitive interactive, which is what we like when people service our home.
