I had a great experience with Balise Lexus and they have continued their excellent customer service. They are very flexible and easy to work with. Bill is awesome. He is incredibly helpful and personable. Ronnie is great as well. She is very knowledgeable with the Lexus technology. Went step by step with me on how to use my new car. She is hilarious and very laid back. Everyone here, from the service to sales department, ensures that you feel comfortable. I would recommend Balise Lexus to anyone interested in buying a car!
