I hate car shopping, as most people do. To add to that, we had limited time in Charlotte as we needed to head back to Arkansas after Christmas (we are a military family). But I feel we hit a bit of luck as we pulled into Hendrick Honda. We negotiated a great price on our trade in and they made the process painless. They hurried to get a DVD system installed (over the holidays!) and were patient in getting the title for our trade in. We did have a slight hiccup in paperwork that delayed getting our registration, but we had a unique situation, and the staff at HH took care of it quickly and painlessly. Not to mention they are a very military friendly business. Thanks Hendrick Honda!
