There were several issues noticed. When I arrived in the room, I noticed armies of ants on the granite countertop, and crawling on the wall. When I opened the microwave, there were small ants EVERYWHERE. Upon closer inspection of the countertop, I saw globs of ketchup. Remember...this was upon my arrival. There were two beds in my room. One room appeared to have been slept in and simply spread over as I noticed strands of long blond hair on top of the comforter.

A fire alarm went off at 2:30 am the following morning. When we were allowed to return to the rooms, we were told not to use the elevator. At no time did staff inform hotel guests of other available elevators.
