It is the worst courier service ever. I humbly urge all of you to never ever use this service so that they may stop torturing people. It literally is the worst as it gets. There were many incidents with them like:
-it shows on the website that packet is OUT FOR DELIVERY at 10am and at 9pm they update it as CONSIGNEE not available. Without even bothering to make a call.
-it shows on the website that packet is OUT FOR DELIVERY at 10am and at 9pm they update it as CONSIGNEE "REQUESTED" for delivery on another day. Without even bothering to make a call. Both of these blaming consignee for not delivering on time.
-it shows on the website out for delivery on a Sunday. I got no call. Then I waited on Monday. I called office on Tuesday, guy said it will be delivered today, not delivered. I called office on Wednesday, guy said it will be delivered today but late in evening, I waited after office just to receive the packet till 8 pm, yet again not delivered. I called on Thursday too, the guy talked rudely saying boss is not here. On Friday, guy came after office, I asked to deliver at five minute distance nearby place, he came after one and a half hour. Pathetic. If you want to take revenge with someone then only use this courier service. It is a headache, nothing more.
