My older experience was OK, but the service today was excellent! They treat abdominal pain very seriously and promptly.

I was in fever having 102F, called MIT Medical Saturday 9am and asked for telephone instructions. Had to wait two hours and make 2-3 more calls to finally speak to a doctor. Was subsequently prescribed peptobismol for absolutely zero complaints of stomach problems (it was actually sore throat).
Visited next hour in person using Uber, got steroids that helped immediately.
