Pleasant stay although I was assigned a wrong room...

Pleasant stay although I was assigned a wrong room type which was promptly resolved. Everything else was great. I was just wondering if Hotel Jen will be receiving the Moby Phone (just like Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore) and upgrade in TV as I was unable to use my own usb thumbdrive to watch my own shows.
Some minor areas for improvement. Hotel location was great by the way as we will able to easily move around George Town within 10 minutes walking.
