A horrible and unnerving odyssey that no fair citizen would ever want to live. Paid more than necessary, made self-reading to recognize that I paid more than I consumed, credit never recognized, ok. hundreds of calls to the call center where everyone says a different thing. Finally I cancel the contact, the final invoice recognizes a credit in my favor (only the return of the deposit) well .. since January I have sent pec and e-mails with invoices and forms for reimbursement ... they claim to have never received them! Another 1000 Unnecessary calls and emails ... what is this way of doing service? Avoid if you can.
