Worst experience ever!!! this is by far the worst ...

Worst experience ever!!! this is by far the worst pediatric office in the whole city of el monte. I took my daughter in as an emergency, I was told walkin's where accepted before 3pm so I got there before 3pm. The staff was not friendly at all did not care or help with anything, they where more into their personal cellphone than in helping the patients. I waited there for about 3 hours to been seen by the doctor not once did the staff try to accommodate for the long wait, they didn't even check on us or tell us sorry about the wait the doctor will see you soon. They gave me a prescription which apparently was not suitable for a 3 year old (pills) the pharmacist tried to help by calling the doctor and asking them to change the prescription to a liquid antibiotic but the doctor didn't response until the next day and when they did respond they just said to smash the pills or give them to my child in a banana. What kind of a pediatrician is so inconsiderable that will tell me to smash the pills into my child's food instead of changing the prescription. This is very unprofessional office all around from the front staff to the doctor. STAY AWAY!!!! I ended taking my child to her regular doctor and she was given the correct prescription and is now feeling better.
