Scheduled an oil change beforehand so I could be in and out but it still took 2 hours for a basic oil change! On top of that a complimentary wash takes an additional 30 minutes so I had to pass. I saw another customer pass on the wash - probably because of the long wait time - he was there waiting for his car before me! This is not an isolated incident. Last time I went there and I got an oil change and I had the same experience. It s silly how slow they are.
