I appreciated the protocols that were in place in the service department during the current pandemic to maximize safety. I was extremely pleased both with the service and with my service provider. My only disappointment came while walking through the showroom to the restrooms because in the showroom one employee at a desk near the front door had a face mask but wore it under his nose and another employee took his face mask off to talk on his cell phone near the front doors. That made me very uncomfortable. So I sincerely hope the sales employees will take seriously Sterling McCall Acura s COVID-19 protocols during my future visits there.
