I booked a harbour tour on 8th of June, the tour was okay but when I saw my bank account later, I found that a random deduction of 23$ was made on June 10nth and when I called the customer care to resolve this issue, I was told that I was responsible for it as I had entered data into the system. They didn't accept any responsibility for the lack of providing gateway security.
Please look into this matter and process the refund as soon as possible.
