They let this old crumudgen sit outside and chainsmoke. They've lost my business by not telling this guy to get lost.
I asked the staff to take care of it and they did nothing. Nice to know they care so little about people.
I would appreciate if they started enforcing the no smoking within 3 meters of a doorway bylaw.
