I didn't purchase my vehicle from Joe Cotton Ford. When I had service questions the dealer I bought from appeared to be un-knowledgeable. When I called Joe Cotton I received concise and knowledgeable answers. I have been using them for service for the last three years and I'm VERY pleased with their service department.
