I bought an S Class 6 years ago from this dealer and have another S Class from another dealer. I've used this dealer for service over the years and spent tens of thousands of dollars on service. Recently I needed a VIN certification to get an new tags for these cars. I called my rep, Gary Burke, and he said no problem just email me the form. That was over a month ago. Since then Gary refuses to return my calls after I have left at least 5 messages. I even left a message for the service manager who didn't return my call. These new tags are very important to me and my wife, but obviously MB Arlington could care less about me or the large amount of business I've given them. I WISH THERE WAS A RATING LOWER THAN 1 STAR. I'M GOING TO ANOTHER DEALER FOR SERVICE IN THE FUTURE. IT'S MAKING ME QUESTION WHETHER TO EVER BUY ANOTHER MERCEDES.
