My family and myself check in to for the fireworks. Check took almost two hours due to the fact that where short staff and everyone room was incorrect. Rooms that people book where not ready, people that booked river rooms did not get them. They where people that where put into rooms and the air did not work. The manager would not show their face. The one young had the desk was not a people person and why you are talking to her she looks the other way and shakes her head. They did not try and compensate anyone just swiping cards.
