Being an Accor member was not asked for or explained at the reception desk in relation to ordering and paying for food (i.e there was inconsistency in the cost of breakfast depending on whether you paid cash or charge to room and had to remember to show your card as you arent asked if you are a member or not.
Due to the amount of bookings the towels ran out, the pool was crowded and not enough chairs by the pool. Id suggest some are retained to be put out later in the day as guests were getting up early putting towels on them for the whole day :( It seems a waste for a large pool at the Waitui and then nowhere for adults with teens to go ?
