Used to be my favorite sushi place. Now, post COVID, 3/4 of the rolls contain cream cheese. Cream cheese is fine in a roll or two, but when it's more than half of your "specialty" rolls, you're just trying to save money by replacing expensive ingredients with a cheap one. When I'm spending $100 for lunch for two, I'm not looking to spend my money on cream cheese.
