I have worked with Sill-Terhar since I bought my car in 2008. The quality at Quick Lane has precipitously dropped off in the past year. I've tried to be patient with them, but I've had 3 issues in a row now.

In February of this year I brought my Mazda in for an oil change and inspection. The crew either tweaked something electrical, or didn't bother to check the headlights. Both went out at once. I discovered that driving after dark, and they acknowledged the issue and replaced both bulbs.

Last week I brought the Mazda in again. The engine light is on, I am aware of the issue. They didn't mention it or catch it. Everything with the car is listed as "fine".

I then brought in my wife's car for an oil change. There is a headlight out. Again, something I'm aware of. The inspection report came back with the lights listed as "green", just fine. I called them out on this. The gentelman running the counter went and spoke to the tech. The story is that they tech was too quick with the check-mark.

I don't believe this. This is 3 issues in a row now. The staff is not delivering on what they say they are. I'll be finding a new place to get the cars maintained going forward.
