3 times to get an oil change & each time they over...

3 times to get an oil change & each time they overfilled the tire pressure - not good - This was Saturday & I'm still waiting for the service manager to call me back! In additional while waiting for service I heard a rep tell a customer that they couldn't repair her tire she had to purchase a new one. What a surprise when the customer said they had a maintenance agreement, she came back to tell her they can't give her a new tire. They HAD to repair the damaged one!

I called for your service manager & each time was told he was in a meeting and would call me back. STILL WAITING
