My experience at DCH Academy Honda leasing a 2015 Honda Civic EXL for my daughter was absolutely fantastic. I asked for a quote which I promptly received from David Harris over the internet. David answered all my upfront questions and provided a great price quote. When I visited the dealership David greeted me and assigned me to my salesperson Robert Levine. Robert was extremely friendly and made me very comfortable throughout the process. He did not have the specific color I wanted in stock but knew how important it was that I get the exact car I had requested. It was to be a gift for my Daughter's college graduation. I knew that there were very few left and Robert was upfront with me that finding one would not be easy. I could tell he knew just how much this meant to me and was not sure if he could locate one but that he would try his best. Robert kept in contact with me and within a few days located the car. There were no gimmicks
, the price I qualified for was what I paid. Robert spent all the time needed to go over all the bells and whistles with my Daughter and made sure she was totally comfortable with the car. If you are interested in a Honda you would not be wasting your time at this Dealership. I do recommend you ask for Robert Levine, he truly demonstrated astonishing customer service.
