Horrible! A two hour wait in a hot hallway to get through customs. All the planes arrive at about the same time on Saturdays. Be prepared for this. Additionally, Jamaican public servants are a privileged class. Security and airport officials are rude and antagonistic. The operation is unorganized and inefficient. Getting out is somewhat easier. Sangster International is a major part of the reason I'll never return to that crappy island.
