Dennis Thompson and the whole service department are great. They give an honest and upfront estimate of cost and time. The waiting area is clean and bright and has things to keep the kids entertained while waiting. To top it off, they washed off my dusty vehicle when they were finished. We will continue to drive to Rochester for service, despite it being out of the way for us.
